Summary

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop experience acceptable; willingness to shift to Online is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (preferably Online)
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card transactions (3–4 accounts)
  • Enter and organize data for consolidated accounts
  • Support in preparing financial documents such as P&L statements and cash flow reports (data entry side)
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for tracking and reporting
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and organized recordkeeping
