Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Tide as a Senior Product Manager for Continuous KYC and lead the product strategy and roadmap for all post-onboarding KYC activities, encompassing periodic and event-driven reviews. You will own the customer experience, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the product vision, advocating for the customer, managing risk, developing and delivering products, analyzing data, and managing stakeholders. This role requires extensive experience in KYC/AML, a deep understanding of regulations, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• You’ve spent at least 7 years building products and working extensively with KYC/AML
• You should have deep understanding of KYC regulations and best practices
• You should have experience with designing and delivering customer-centric products in a digital environment
• You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights
• You should have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• You should have ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
• You should have experience with Agile methodologies and product development tools

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements for Continuous KYC
• Customer Advocacy: Champion the customer experience throughout the ongoing KYC lifecycle. Understand customer needs and pain points, and translate them into product requirements
• Risk Management: Collaborate closely with risk and compliance teams to ensure all ongoing KYC activities are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., AML, KYC/CDD, OFAC)
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality KYC solutions
• Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing iteration
• Work with the design team to enhance the digital KYC member experience, improve the internal agent experience, and optimize operational efficiency
• Analyze customer data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions
• Effectively communicate product strategy and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, risk and compliance teams, and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• You should have familiarity with financial services and regulatory landscape
• You should have proven experience in working with design teams to create exceptional user experiences, with a focus on improving both customer and internal user (agents, operations) satisfaction and efficiency
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
• You have familiarity with marketplace products, in financial admin (accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax etc.) or other services (KYC, digital marketing, legal & compliance etc.)
• You have experience working with risk & compliance teams as well as operations teams
