You will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with the COLLINS agency on new brand assets and guidelines, pushing creative boundaries. Lead and manage the brand team, creating extensions for various platforms, including landing pages, ads, emails, and video. Advise on marketing spend for optimal ROI, leveraging your experience in growth campaigns and commercial direction. This role requires impeccable visual skills and proven experience leading brand teams, delivering high-quality, user-centric designs. Requirements

• Impeccable visual skills in type, color theory, textures, grid systems, etc
• Experience in Growth Campaigns, can advise where to spend marketing dollars for best ROI. Experience directing commercials
• Proven experience leading brand teams, proposing campaigns / creative direction with ROI, high quality bar for consistency and visual experience that resonates with real users. We do not want a corporate look and want to maintain a close relationship championing real needs of users

Responsibilities

• Iterate with COLLINS agency on new brand assets and guidelines. They’ll propose a few concepts, you'll push the bar higher
• Create Brand Extensions for Landing Pages, Digital & Physical Ads, Emails, Video Thumbnails, Campaigns, Assets for App Experiences, commercials, OOH
• Lead the Brand team towards consistency and adherance towards Brand Guidelines
• Grow and manage Brand Team. (Brand IC's, possibly Copywriters)
• Complete requests from Growth Campaigns, Marketing / Landing Pages, Advertising
