Brand and Engagement Strategic Partnership Lead

Summary

This remote/hybrid role focuses on strategic partnership development, fostering relationships, and creating impactful campaigns that fight inequality and end poverty and injustice.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree in marketing, communications, branding, community organizing, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience
• 7-10 years of experience in community organizing, communications or marketing field, ideally specializing in corporate or influencer partnerships
• Proven experience in strategic partnership development, brand management, or related roles, preferably within non-profit organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive brand and engagement growth
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with the Brand and Engagement team, Public Engagement Division, and Oxfam America’s overall strategic objectives
• Negotiate, finalize, and maintain partnership agreements
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners
• Represent Oxfam America’s brand at industry events, conferences, and meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership commitments and objectives
• Work closely with the Director, Brand & Engagement to create and manage budgets for partnership initiatives
• Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to promote partnerships and their impact
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all partnership activities
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve partnership objectives

Benefits

Salary Range: $95-100K
