Brand Designer

Summary

Join ClickHouse's Design team as a Brand Designer and contribute to a wide variety of creative initiatives, collaborating with the Marketing team and Product Designers. You will create assets for conferences, campaigns, and more, empower colleagues with design tools, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and cross-channel design systems, expertise in design tools, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a bias for action and creative experimentation. Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and cross-channel design systems
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalents)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and creative experimentation

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to create standout assets for conferences, campaigns, blog posts, social media, videos, and web experiences
• Empower colleagues across teams by providing templates, guidance, and on-brand tools to scale creative output
• Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our brand expression and deepen audience engagement
• Contribute to the evolution of the visual language of the ClickHouse brand — from typography, iconography, and illustration to motion and animation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups
• Comfort collaborating in a remote, globally distributed environment
• Motion design and animation skills
