Summary
Join UpKeep, a leading cloud-based Asset Operations Management software company, as a Senior Brand Designer. You will lead the development and execution of branding and design initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual concepts and manage creative projects. This role requires 5+ years of experience in brand design, expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), and strong communication skills. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding initiatives
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums
- Design illustrations, images, color palettes, and other brand assets that align with the company's guidelines
- Translate brand strategy into innovative and engaging visual concepts
- Lead and oversee creative projects, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design standards
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create collateral, presentations, and web assets that enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Present ideas, concepts, and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively
- Partner with product design teams to ensure branding is seamlessly integrated into digital products and systems
- Work closely with all teams to develop brand-aligned materials, including advertising, social media, and promotional campaigns
