Summary

Join Code and Theory as a Strategist and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop impactful strategies for clients. You will conduct research, uncover insights, and shape creative ideas to address client challenges. You will work closely with senior team members and creative teams to ensure strategic alignment throughout project execution. The ideal candidate possesses experience in brand, advertising, or marketing, with a focus on creative and campaign strategy. Code and Theory offers a remote-first approach with teams distributed globally.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in brand, advertising, marketing, and/or consultancy, with a focus on creative and campaign strategy
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C clients
  • Proficiency in campaign development, including audience targeting, messaging, channel planning, and performance optimization
  • Proven ability to deliver campaign strategies that drive measurable results and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to bring them to life
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, uncovering insights and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives that align with project objectives
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when QAing deliverables to ensure alignment with strategy
  • Passion for exploring innovative campaign approaches, including emerging media and digital ecosystems
  • Ability to analyze performance data to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with clients and senior executives, driving strategic decisions around key milestones
  • Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior team members to frame problems and define strategic objectives
  • Conduct foundational research into the client’s business, market, and competitive landscape to uncover challenges and opportunities
  • Actively align client goals with project deliverables to ensure strategic impact
  • Develop insights that drive campaign strategy and creative ideation
  • Structure and lead brainstorms to shape innovative ideas and solutions, ensuring adherence to overall strategy
  • Lead the development of materials to support business development opportunities, including written and creative deliverables
  • Craft compelling narratives to support storytelling efforts across campaigns
  • Work closely with creative teams to maintain strategic alignment throughout project execution
