Creative Strategist

Summary

Join StackAdapt, a leading self-serve advertising platform, as a Creative Strategist and become a creative powerhouse behind client success. You will collaborate with the Revenue team to provide exceptional service, showcasing the Creative Studio's capabilities and offering strategic recommendations to elevate client brands and achieve campaign goals. This remote-first position is open to candidates across Canada. As a Creative Strategist, you will provide creative direction, act as a subject-matter expert, manage multiple creative requests, and collaborate with the Production Team. Requirements

• 1-2 years minimum experience in digital marketing, strategy and/or art direction
• Proven ability to develop strong concepts (ie. the idea behind a creative)
• Experience working and communicating directly with clients
• Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital - this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs
• Act as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients
• Demonstrate project management wizardry by handling multiple creative requests from brief creation to asset to delivery while staying on time and on spec
• Collaborate with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations and drive campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design experience
• Advanced experience in graphic design, programmatic, HTML, CSS or Javascript
• Fluent speaker of French, Spanish or German
