Summary

Join 1000heads as a Freelance Spanish-speaking Community Manager! This part-time, remote role (averaging 3.5 hours/day, Mon-Fri) is based in Spain and supports the London team. You'll manage social media for three global clients in the tech and alcohol industries, creating content, engaging with communities, and collaborating with designers and strategists. Experience in social media, excellent communication skills (Spanish and English), and creative thinking are essential. The role involves planning social content strategies, editorial calendars, and influencer activations. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, global team.

Requirements

  • Be based in Spain
  • Have an understanding of social media and its impact on brands
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Have an eye for creative content: both written and visual
  • Be able to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye on the finer details
  • Be proficient in using a wide variety of social platforms and tools
  • Have agency experience working with social media
  • Be able to think creatively (capable of thinking differently and disruptively)
  • Be able to think strategically (able to analyse situations and see the big picture)
  • Be able to think intelligently (critical think that identifies gaps and fills them)

Responsibilities

  • Provide translation and content for the Spanish market for three of our global clients
  • Lead the charge on global social channels with social editorial planning and publishing
  • Engage in 1-2-1 community engagement
  • Develop bold and exciting ways to activate influencers and events on social
  • Plan and create social content strategies and editorial calendars
  • Work directly with our Design team and Ideation team, to develop creative concepts and design briefs that deliver activations and social assets
  • Stimulate and sustain conversations and relationships with a brand’s audience
  • Get involved in other and reasonable ad hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in the tech & alcohol industry
  • Have experience and interest in a wide range of markets, specifically tech and alcohol
