Summary

Max Insurance is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Broker Support Specialist to actively manage and grow relationships within their existing broker network. The role involves engaging with brokers, facilitating trainings, maintaining relationships, collaborating with underwriting and claims departments, and using previous experience as a broker to understand and predict the needs of brokers.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, preferably as an insurance broker
• Strong networking skills, with the ability to generate new broker pipelines within designated region
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage with brokers to encourage them to endorse Max Insurance as the insurer of choice to their customers
• Facilitate broker trainings to drive engagement with our broker partners
• Maintain relationships with our existing network of brokers through regular communication, sharing of resources, and effective management of escalations
• Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to share insights and market intelligence regarding broker expectations

Preferred Qualifications

Strong preference for candidates with a background in Property & Casualty insurance brokerage
