Business Analysis Executive

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 2–4 years) as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a similar role
• Bachelors degree in the related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and Google App Script for data handling and automation
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI tools
• Solid SQL skills; experience with BigQuery or equivalent cloud-based data warehouses
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
• Understanding of ETL best practices and data architecture concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate data pipelines using Python and Google App Script
• Ensure seamless extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and similar platforms
• Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and support business KPIs
• Develop and optimize queries using SQL and manage data warehousing solutions like Google BigQuery
• Structure databases and data marts for efficient storage and retrieval
• Utilize Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) for analysis, reporting, and lightweight automation
• Create complex formulas, pivot tables, and scripts for operational efficiency
• Work closely with business, operations, and management teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Document all processes, data sources, and systems for transparency and team knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating APIs for data extraction
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
• Knowledge of basic statistical analysis and visualization best practices
• Background in e-commerce, retail, SaaS, finance
