Establish KPIs, track performance, and communicate results to senior leadership. Foster collaboration between the Business Analysis function, Data Team, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with 2+ years of team leadership/management experience
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, reporting platforms, and data governance principles
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, requirement-gathering tools, and project management software

Responsibilities

• Lead BA Team : Manage hiring, training, and development of Business Analysts to build a high-performing team
• Strategic Project Oversight : Align BA efforts with organizational objectives, prioritizing projects that offer the highest impact
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to identify critical business challenges that require data solutions
• Process Improvement : Define and refine frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for business analysis, ensuring consistency and quality
• Monitor Project Lifecycle : Ensure timely and on-budget delivery by guiding requirement-gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing across multiple projects
• Risk and Issue Management : Anticipate potential obstacles, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues when necessary
• Performance Reporting : Establish KPIs for BA activities, track performance, and communicate results to senior leadership
• Drive Culture of Collaboration : Foster a strong partnership between the Business Analysis function, Data Team, and other departments
