Summary

Alter Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience for a project in the energy sector focused on managing Scope 3 emissions. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team, optimizing processes, coordinating cross-product interdependencies, and providing user support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong experience in process analysis, particularly in cross-business activities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficient in BPMN and UML
• Fluent in French, Dutch, or German (C1) and English (C1)

Responsibilities

• Interact with other products in the cluster to understand processes related to Scope 3
• Optimize and harmonize processes by analyzing, describing, and validating business requirements
• Identify and coordinate cross-product interdependencies and process adaptations
• Support technical specifications, test scenarios, and acceptance processes
• Provide user support, gather feedback, and represent Scope 3 needs in alignment meetings
• Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions with the business
