Requirements

• Good general data skills and knowledge of reporting and visualisation tools
• Business acumen and experience of eliciting clear requirements and collaborating to ensure that the requirements deliver real business value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings for a non-technical audience
• A proven track record of getting things done; taking ownership and demonstrating energy and passion
• An ability to facilitate and influence to achieve desired outcomes rather than through direct control

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between data and business
• Understand business information requirements across all areas of the company globally and translate them into actionable steps for delivery
• Work closely with departmental stakeholders and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Experience of agile working and use of JIRA for backlog management and reporting
• Previous experience in the Insurance industry
