Summary
Join our growing global IT team as a Business Analyst and help drive meaningful transformation. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, translating complex requirements into actionable tasks for development teams. This role involves working on initiatives to replace legacy systems, enhance digital capabilities, and expand tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure solutions deliver real value and play a key role in shaping how we operate. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a company that values collaboration, experimentation, and employee growth. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable creating user stories and documenting workflows
- Experience with JSON, CSV, XML files and basic cloud concepts (AWS)
- Ability to conduct gap analysis and support process improvements
- Experience eliciting and breaking down complex requirements into meaningful deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to define, scope, and investigate business initiatives that deliver tangible value
- Gather, validate, and analyse requirements β ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals
- Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement across departments
- Collaborate with delivery teams to maintain a healthy backlog of user stories, remove blockers, and keep momentum
- Build strong relationships across the business to enable informed decision-making
- Support Business Analysis maturity within the global organisation enhancing your Community of Practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background or understanding of software development
- Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures (UK, USA, etc.)
- Recognised business analysis qualification (e.g., BCS BA Diploma)
