As a Business Analyst, you will conduct interviews, analyze requirements, define security controls, create documentation (BRDs, FSDs, etc.), collaborate with the client's engineering team, support testing, and contribute to change management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting environment (ideally with cybersecurity focus), and proficiency in business analysis tools. Advanced English is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8 + Years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in client-facing roles within a consulting environment, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity or platform development
  • Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for complex software platforms, with a track record of driving outcomes and delivering tangible value to clients
  • Familiarity with various cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure architectures
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, requirement management software)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced consulting environment, often balancing multiple priorities
  • Consulting experience
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for the preventative security platform, always with a keen eye on delivering measurable value
  • Untangle complex current-state security processes and identify critical gaps, envisioning future-state solutions that align with the client's strategic big picture
  • Define and prioritize security controls, policies, and procedures, ensuring they contribute directly to the platform's overall effectiveness and the client's desired security posture
  • Create comprehensive and well-structured documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows. Your detail-oriented approach will ensure precision and clarity
  • Collaborate closely with the Client's engineering team and the client's technical resources to translate documented requirements into robust technical designs and solutions
  • Participate actively in solution design and architecture discussions, providing a strong business perspective and ensuring that proposed solutions are truly outcomes-driven and aligned with the client's strategic goals
  • Support the development of comprehensive test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios, rigorously validating that the implemented solution meets business requirements and delivers the expected value
  • Contribute to change management activities, including the development of communication and training materials, to ensure smooth adoption of the new security platform for the client
