Business Analyst

Summary

Join European Dynamics as a remote Business Analyst fluent in English, working within the EU. You will be part of a team collaborating with a major client's IT team. This role involves analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and assisting with business cases and project charters. A master's degree in IT or a relevant field with 13+ years of experience is required. Excellent experience with various tools and methodologies is essential. Requirements

• Hold a Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline
• Have a minimum of 13 years of relevant working experience in IT
• Possess excellent experience in BPMN, draw.io for diagrams and UML
• Possess excellent experience in SWOT, gap analysis and business cases
• Possess excellent experience in visibility study
• Possess excellent experience in Miro
• Possess excellent experience in user experience/mockups
• Possess excellent experience in Jira
• Have good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes
• Have good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)
• Have good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites
• Have knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile)
• Have excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Analyze Business requirements
• Document Business requirements
• Conduct business model analysis, process analysis, processes modelling, and risk analysis
• Analyze functional requirements and business cases
• Assist in creating Business cases and Vision documents
• Assist in creating Project Charters and Security Plans
