Requirements
- Experienced as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a software or product-led environment
- Able to turn business challenges into well-structured, user-centric requirements
- Comfortable working with SDKs, APIs, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Skilled in gathering insights via conversations, workshops, and journey mapping
- Strong attention to detail and clear documentation skills
- A collaborative mindset, confident communicating across diverse stakeholders
- Familiar with Agile delivery practices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights on platform usage, identify challenges, and help shape improvements focused on user experience and functional value
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, working with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers
- Contribute to feature design discussions, ensuring integration feasibility and alignment with user and business goals
- Support the development process by refining requirements, clarifying goals, and helping teams build with confidence
- Help prioritise enhancements and fixes based on user impact, team feedback, and company objectives
- Facilitate workshops to map user journeys, explore ideas, and gather actionable feedback
Preferred Qualifications
A qualification such as BCS or IIBA is helpful but not required
