Summary

Requirements
- Be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Be able to attain low-level security clearance
- Have a Bachelorβs Degree
Responsibilities
- Work closely with data engineers/analysts, business unit stakeholders and product development teams to identify, document and articulate business data and reporting needs
- Facilitate positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities
- Work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform and technical tasks to configure setup for customers
- Liaison between product teams, internal users, and data engineers to identify paint points, lead issue resolution, provide business recommendations, and deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Work with business units to gather, analyze and document detailed business requirements and translate into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Create customer support documentation, escalate issues to enhance CX, promote data awareness, and increase use of data assets
- Communicate findings, insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable format, ensuring that complex data is easily understood by stakeholders
- Facilitate and support user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service, give technical advice & top tier support
- Develop high quality product support materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
- Have a consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions
- Have experience working in Agile development environments
