Summary
Join Feedzai's Customer Success Team as a Risk & AI Business Analyst, bridging client needs and technical implementation. Collaborate with financial institution stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Feedzai's fraud detection solution. Your responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. You will work alongside Risk Consultants, Data Scientists, and other Business Analysts. Leverage your expertise to fight fraud and unlock the full value of Feedzai's platform. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in fraud risk management, and proficiency with data querying tools. Requirements
- MSc or similar in Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in fraud risk, business analysis, or operations within financial services or fintech
- Strong understanding of fraud detection methodologies, risk analysis, alert management platforms, and investigative workflows
- Proficiency with data querying tools (e.g., SQL) and analysis in Excel or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, with experience facilitating workshops and delivering client presentations
- Customer facing experience
- Experience writing detailed business requirements and functional specifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to document business requirements, fraud scenarios, and investigative workflows
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., BSA/AML, PSD2 SCA) into system specifications
- Work hand-in-hand with the Solutions Architect to define a cohesive solution that solves the core client challenges aligned with product capabilities
- Align with product to assess how complex client requirements can be met with our current product offering
- Own data mapping & event flow definitionDrive data definition, mapping and validation
- Develop detailed functional specifications for system configuration
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test scripts, and validate that the solution meets business needs
- Prepare and deliver training sessions, user guides, and process documentation for client operations & technical teams
- Act as liaison for change requests, enhancements, and production support escalations
- Work collaboratively with Product to support improvements, requirements and documentation updates
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams to make the customer's journey feel seamless
- Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and share best practices across account teams
