Summary

You will play a key role in driving business growth by developing business cases for channel initiatives, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and managing programs that deliver value to partners. This remote position requires a strong analytical background, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, business analytics, or a related field, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel and Visio. Prior experience in the Renewable Energy sector, particularly with third-party ownership models, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from various sources to identify key insights and trends that drive business growth, developing models and reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into actionable solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives
  • Oversee programs designed to deliver incremental value to partners, fostering stronger relationships and driving mutual success
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively
  • Maintain channel programs, including regular status reports
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and inform business case development
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the program
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel and Visio (preferred)
  • Experience in the Renewable Energy sector, particularly with third-party ownership models (preferred)
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus
  • Prior experience managing programs and maintaining successful partner relationships is preferred
