Business Analyst

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related projects
• Advanced English proficiency in speaking and writing (you will work with international clients only)
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process modeling, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Understanding of software development and quality assurance processes
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assess the current business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Upper Management, Heads of Software Engineering, Chapter Leads, and Project Managers, to ensure business objectives align with technical capabilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for implementation
• Support non-technical teams in adapting to business processes and methodologies through roadmaps, workshops, and ongoing guidance
• Provide insights into project performance, business compatibility, and potential risks to support strategic decision-making
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of solutions
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization
• Act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring all requirements align with organizational goals
• Analyze business metrics and trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable recommendations to drive business value

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech industry and familiarity with financial regulations
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and their application in business process improvements
• Strong communication and coaching skills to drive collaboration across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
