Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from various sources and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
• Ability to think critically by understanding problems quickly and being able to identify solutions

Responsibilities

• Work to identify and address specific client challenges. Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations for improvement
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources and use this data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform their recommendations
• Create simple (ppt or word) documents to communicate their findings and recommendations to clients. And present to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environments
• Experience in consulting or a related industry
