Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will support the marketing team by deploying emails and automations, processing and migrating data for reporting and insights, and improving the customer experience. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity of vlookups, xlookups, sumifs, aggregate functions, conditional formatting, and pivot tables
  • Competency in navigating and learning to use new software

Responsibilities

  • Manual exports of data from our reporting software to be leveraged for analysis, email lists, suppression lists, paid social uploads, etc
  • Manual updates of Google Sheets to keep Analytics reporting dependencies up to date
  • Pull, aggregate, and analyze data from Martech platforms (eg Google Analytics), as well as our manual exports, to be used by Marketing stakeholders for regular reporting and ad hoc insights
  • Setting up email contact lists, including segmentation and suppressions, in Hubspot and Braze
  • Setting up and deploying Hubspot, Salesforce, and Braze email sends, while also performing QA (quality assurance) tasks to ensure we focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Assist with process documentation for Marketing Technology and Marketing Analytics, including updating and creating new β€˜Lookbooks’ giving other teams visibility into Marketing assets
  • Assist with the alert management and troubleshooting process, including the creation of new alerts and working to address alerts identifying errors in our processes
  • Processes and responds to Opt-Out/Information Selling/Information removal requests
  • Works closely with other Marketing teams on administrative work, including pulling keyword rankings, content audits, website pixel audits, and more
  • Coordinate with Project Management and other Marketing stakeholders to scope project needs and requirements
  • Perform other administrative work, including manual Lead Re-Evaluation, staff management in platforms like ChiliPiper, and other regular tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Macros/VBA knowledge
  • Experience with SQL
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation technology and email marketing
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented work while understanding the larger scope of projects and how they play into Marketing priorities
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate, and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently, juggle multiple deadlines and pivot when needed
  • Exceptionally organized with strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to assignments
  • Ability to build and sustain highly collaborative relationships with coworkers of all levels on both direct and cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a high regard for attention to detail
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative team environment where a customer-obsessed mindset is critical
  • Tech, Hospitality or travel industry experience
  • Familiarity with inbound sales processes and procedures
