Summary

Join RISING Medical Solutions as a Business Application Analyst and contribute to the smooth operation of our enterprise-level business applications. You will provide support to business users, design and deliver solutions, and generate documentation and training materials. Requirements

  • M365 experience building and configuring with PowerApps, PowerAutomate required
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills a must
  • 3+ years of work with M365 Power Platform, SharePoint Online
  • Must have experience with requirements analysis interacting with business users to define clear scope, and creating and managing proper cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve application design considerations and technical issues
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field, and 3+ years experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for business users on enterprise level business applications (Microsoft365, PowerPlatform, Teams, SharePoint Online, CRM, GP, etc…)
  • Provide planning and organization on enhancement and upgrade projects
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrate ability to quantify results and impact on key performance indicators
  • Formulate use cases, process flows and training material on systems and processes
  • Support the creation of and/or create test plans and training materials relevant to the project
  • Collaborate with resources to ensure all design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements
  • Other duties may be assigned based on company needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • SharePoint Online site design experience a plus
  • Design and implementation of business process workflows
  • Project Management experience a plus
