Requirements
- Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent position

- Able to lead full implementations and train others on basic, intermediate, and admin processes within the following Replicon modules or add-on applications with support
- HCM: Payroll, Benefits, Time Collection, and Expense
- WFM: Replicon and Polaris
- Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends if required
- The job is remote and may require some travel
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred, although years of experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- Deltek Certified in the below areas or the ability to become certified within 1 year of employment dependent upon the assigned role
- A&F: General Ledger, Projects & Billing
- HCM: Time Collection, Expense
- Budgets: Resource Planning
- Consistently requires sitting or standing for a majority of the day to complete essential job duties on the computer and telephone
- Consistently requires auditory abilities to efficiently listen and effectively communicate with clients, vendors and staff to carry out essential job duties
- Occasionally requires standing to scan, print and copy job related documents to carry out job duties
- Occasional overnight travel by land and/or air may be necessary
Responsibilities
- This is a customer-facing position

- Write complex technical specification documents for system integrations
- Maintains effective communication to ensure all impacted participants are informed
- Ability to set and meet customer commitments and respond to customer needs on time

- Meet or exceed the required billable utilization requirements as directed by the Manager
- Record time worked daily
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of Replicon Core and add-on functionality
- Organize and execute assigned activities as directed by the Project Team, Senior or Principal Business Application Consultant
- Develop and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, user guides, and implementation templates
- Adaptable to learn new skills and modules as directed by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Deltek Replicon or another time tracking software
- Experience scoping integrations between multiple software platforms
- Experience in manufacturing, consulting, or government contracting
