Summary

Join The Adaptavist Group as a Business Consultant and help clients bring their monday.com visions to life. You will work closely with a team across North America and the UK, delivering impactful solutions for clients in various time zones, primarily in the UK. This role involves needs analysis and solution design, solution delivery and change management, and presales activities. You will conduct discovery workshops, identify client problems, collaborate with technical teams, guide clients on best practices, and create integrated systems. The position also requires crafting proposals, delivering demos, managing multiple projects, and acting as the main client contact. Requirements

  • Experience with delivering monday.com professional services engagements with customers in the mid-market to Enterprise range
  • API Integrations, C# or python, GraphQL, Java process optimization expertese
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITSM, ESM, and other industry practices
  • Experience managing change within a technical environment
  • Proficiency with the Adaptavist tool suite and partner platforms like GitLab, AWS, etc
  • Readiness to specialize in a couple monday.com products (monday CRM, monday Dev, monday Service) for deeper subject matter expertise
  • Stellar communication skills with the ability to adapt technical details for varying audiences
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent ability to prioritize and manage a personal workload effectively
  • Existing certifications in the monday.com ecosystem
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, on-prem, and cloud IT environments
  • Proven experience multitasking in a fast-paced Tech environment
  • Experience in project management, leadership or mentorship roles

Responsibilities

  • Conduct early-stage discovery workshops to unravel client needs and shape solutions
  • Identify client problems and requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Developers to plan and design creative solutions
  • Help clients make informed decisions tailored to their specific constraints
  • Guide clients on best practices for monday.com implementation and governance
  • Utilize IPaaS solutions such as Make.com and Zapier to create low/no-code integrated systems
  • Propose and execute process improvements to enhance client's efficiency
  • Apply various strategies for project and change management aligned with IT industry
  • Enable clients to measure the impacts of our solutions by creating tangible metrics
  • Compile comprehensive engagement reports detailing findings, recommendations, and solutions
  • Provide solution support and training to stakeholders and end-users
  • Engage with clients early in their journey, empathizing with their challenges and formulating solutions
  • Craft thoughtful proposals, detailing proposed solutions and effort estimates
  • Deliver application demos for a variety of client stakeholders
  • Juggle multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Act as the main client contact, ensuring efficient and professional communication
  • Prioritize and manage your workload effectively
  • Fosters two way communication with others. Maintains continuous, open and consistent communication
  • Proactive in understanding competition, and Adaptavist winning position in the market

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with knowledge management platforms such as Grammarly, Coda, or Notion is a plus; openness to adopting new AI-driven tools as the ecosystem evolves is expected
