Summary

The role is fully remote and available to applicants living in Central America and Mexico. Requirements include business to business relations/sales experience, advanced English proficiency, 2+ years of college studies or 3+ years of related experience, ability to build relationships and trust with internal teams and clients, strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines. Requirements

• Business to Business relations/sales experience is a MUST
• Advanced English proficiency
• 2+ years of college studies or 3+ years of related experience
• Ability to build relationships and trust with internal teams and clients
• Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Answer internal team and external client requests quickly and accurately
• Gather, comprehend, and efficiently relay project data between clients and our internal teams
• Provide system reports or analytics to Account Managers, operations, clients, and management as needed
• Manage numerous tasks in a dynamic setting, guaranteeing precise and punctual follow-ups and delivery of products and services
• Develop and sustain expertise in your field by acquiring and retaining product and industry knowledge
• Follow up on project progress to ensure successful execution
• Perform other assigned duties
