Responsibilities

  • Answer internal team and external client requests quickly and accurately
  • Gather, comprehend, and efficiently relay project data between clients and our internal teams
  • Provide system reports or analytics to Account Managers, operations, clients, and management as needed
  • Manage numerous tasks in a dynamic setting, guaranteeing precise and punctual follow-ups and delivery of products and services
  • Develop and sustain expertise in your field by acquiring and retaining product and industry knowledge
  • Follow up on project progress to ensure successful execution
  • Perform other assigned duties
