Summary
Join TIMOCOM as a Business Consultant and become an expert in their product portfolio, ensuring successful integration of their extensive product range with clients. Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including sales and product management, while maintaining close client relationships. Plan and execute integration projects, ensuring efficient and sustainable implementation. Support sales with your expertise in kick-off meetings and client presentations. Promote optimal use of TIMOCOM products through analysis-based training and process consulting, ensuring seamless process and system alignment, especially with client TMS and ERP systems. Contribute to achieving budget goals through targeted consulting and strategic upselling. Actively share client requirements and experiences with product management to support continuous improvement. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and international work opportunities.
Requirements
- Possess several years of experience in planning, controlling and implementing integration projects
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to adapt flexibly to different stakeholders
- Your knowledge of TMS and ERP systems enables you to seamlessly optimize our clients' processes and effectively integrate their system landscapes
- You have fluent German and English skills to communicate well with your team and our clients
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally supplemented by experience with MS Dynamics or PowerBI
- You are willing to travel for occasional customer appointments to ensure direct and personal support
- Excellent analytical skills round off your profile
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integration projects with clients, ensuring efficient and sustainable implementation
- Support sales with your expertise in kick-off meetings and client presentations
- Promote optimal use of all TIMOCOM products by offering training and conducting process consulting based on your analyses
- Ensure optimal coordination of our clients' processes and systems, in particular through collaboration with their TMS and ERP systems
- Contribute to the achievement of the overall department's budget targets through targeted consulting and strategic upselling
- Actively pass on customer requirements and experiences to our product management to support continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- You have already gained relevant experience in the forwarding industry
- Experience in interface design is also a big plus
