Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience implementing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301:2019
  • Proven track record in developing and executing IT business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Digital & IT infrastructures, risk management, and security & network best practices
  • Ability to stay composed and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to business continuity and crisis management

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a robust business continuity strategy
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities, assess critical processes, and define disaster recovery strategies
  • Establish and lead a cross-functional crisis management team
  • Develop and implement crisis response and disaster recovery plans to minimize operational disruptions
  • Collaborate with the Security Operations Team to develop and maintain incident response plans aligned with central processes, ensuring effective mitigation and recovery
  • Conduct training sessions, simulations, and awareness initiatives to equip employees with the skills to respond effectively to crises and disruptions
  • Develop and update business continuity and crisis management policies in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Work closely with Operations & Technology leaders, Global Compliance, and external stakeholders to align business continuity efforts
  • Establish communication protocols for effective information exchange during incidents
  • Work closely with team members of the IS&T Governance team to keep track of relevant regulations, frameworks, and contractual obligations
  • Support in answering RFPs for potential prospects and current customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CBCP, CISM, CRISC, and ISO 22301
  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or similar
  • Change Management Expertise
