You will be the primary business partner to the Vice President of Sales in EMEA, providing data-driven insights and operational support to optimize sales performance and drive revenue. This role involves managing GTM operating rhythms, leveraging data for business reviews, and supporting sales forecasting and pipeline hygiene. You will play a key role in planning cycles and developing in-region GTM strategies. The position requires 8+ years of experience in sales operations or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau. Requirements
- Has 8+ years proven experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy consulting, and/or the CPaaS industry
- Excels at developing running run sales operating rhythms such as forecasting, MBRs, and QBRs
- Has completed at least 3-5 cycles in annual planning
- Thrives at analytical processing, problem-solving and synthesizing ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Can ruthlessly prioritize and tackle operational challenges
- Excellent presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a sophisticated audience with the ability to clearly define the problem
- Strong collaboration and partner management skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with cross functional teams and sales leadership
- Resilient and adaptive
- Has experience (if not fluency) with Salesforce, Excel, Tableau
- Has a Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent years' of experience
Responsibilities
- Have a direct impact on the performance of the GTM Communications business unit
- Be responsible for managing all the GTM operating rhythms for your region including preparing and running forecast calls with the regional leadership team
- Leverage data to develop insightful discussion documents for quarterly business reviews
- Provide top of funnel support specifically by managing sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, monitory sales activity and resolving risks/key blockers
- Play a key part in planning cycles and focus specifically on territory carving, analyzing account-level targets, validating and aligning on region-level targets
- Understand the specific dynamics of the region to develop in-region GTM strategies to drive revenue growth in the region
- Be adept at being able to pull ad-hoc reports to help address business needs and drive to insights with your regional GTM partners
