Business Credit Advisor

Join Credit Suite Inc. as a remote Business Credit Advisor (Contractor) based in the Philippines! In this full-time contract role, you will guide clients through building their business credit, handling approximately 100 calls daily. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients via phone and email to address their needs and inquiries
• Assist business owners with our proprietary online system to establish a solid foundation for business credit
• Use our software, ZenDesk, to manage tasks, respond to emails, and make calls (training provided if you're not familiar)

Preferred Qualifications

Loan Processing Experience: Familiarity with processing loan applications is a plus
