In this role, you will leverage data to drive better decisions, build time-saving tools, and utilize new technologies like AI to solve problems. You will be involved in budgeting, reporting, dashboard creation, system integrations, and automation. This position blends finance, data analysis, and process optimization. You will report to the Controller and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is proficient in Tableau, comfortable with data manipulation, and possesses a strong understanding of financial statements. Requirements
- 2+ years in a finance, FP&A, business analytics, or operations analytics role
- Strong Tableau skills β including publishing, parameter logic, and cross-source joins
- Comfort with data β pulling it, interpreting it, visualizing it
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
- Curious and self-directed learner (especially re: new tech like AI and automation)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, partnering with department heads and senior leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Sage Intacct to track KPIs and identify trends
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for recurring tasks (allocation reviews, reporting, data pulls, etc.)
- Collaborate with our data team to streamline and improve data pipelines and reporting structure
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance and operations
- Explore and test AI-powered tools to improve team efficiency and insight generation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Sage Intacct, or Ramp is a plus
