Summary

The job is for a Business Data Research Specialist at Experience.com, based in Chennai or remotely, to enrich the sales prospecting database by researching key individuals within prospect companies that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in data research, entry, and management, particularly in a sales or marketing context
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Sheets. Familiarity with LinkedIn, apollo.io, Sales Navigator, G2 and other research tools or platforms

Responsibilities

• Enrich our sales prospecting database by researching and identifying key individuals within prospect companies that align with our predefined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Google search, and apollo.io to ensure the sales team is equipped with accurate and actionable data
• Data Collection and Management: Identify and collect relevant data from various internal and external sources, ensure data collection processes adhere to best practices and standards
• Data Cleaning and Preparation: Clean, prepare, and transform raw data into a usable format for analysis, address data quality issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights, communicate findings effectively through reports and presentations
