Summary

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, data analysis, or reporting role, ideally within a sales environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems, data visualization tools, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and propose practical solutions to enhance sales performance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and report on sales data
• Provide insights that enhance sales strategies and performance
• Monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales processes, strategies, and resource allocation
• Oversee the sales team’s use of CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide necessary tools and reports
• Assist in sales forecasting efforts
