Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or similar role
- Ability to work in a self-motivated, independent, yet responsible way with a high degree of autonomy
- Client research skills using database or internet Knowledge
Responsibilities
- Provide product support knowledge
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our QR solutions
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical challenges and propose effective solutions that address their business needs
- Search for potential customers and generate leads
- Act as a bridge between the sales, product development, and customer support teams, providing valuable feedback from the field to drive product enhancements and innovation
- Submit reports and recommendations followed by each meeting with the prospect or client of the company
- Provide weekly status report to the Sales Manager
- Prepare and submit necessary inputs and reports to the management as and when required
- Prepare and maintain records of respective activities as per the responsibility of Sales Manager
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for product development and positioning
- Respect and obey company rules, policies and procedures
