Join SAP Fioneer as a Partner in Business Solution and Business Development Insurance and play a pivotal role in engaging with North European insurance industry customers at the C-Suite level. You will act as a trusted advisor, strategically identifying technical challenges and understanding customer business drivers. Collaborate with business specialists to co-create new products and solutions, lead transformation projects, and analyze existing processes for improvement. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience providing IT solutions to insurance companies and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience providing IT solutions to insurance companies for their strategic and transformational initiatives
• Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus
• Deep expertise in Core Insurance software
• Extensive network with C-Suite executives within insurance companies in the UK and North European Regions
• Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills
• Business fluent in English

• Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations
• Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists
