As a key member of the partnership team, you will drive the growth of both marketplace and distribution partners while gaining a deep understanding of the dynamic hospitality landscape.

Requirements

  • >2 years experience in Hospitality Account Management required or similar relevant experience in technology
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required; ability to communicate in Portuguese in addition to English/Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner Onboarding - Own and manage the partner onboarding ensuring a seamless experience, and launching them in the Cloudbeds Marketplace
  • Training - Schedule and conduct partner training sessions to ensure that knowledge of key features of our partners is disseminated across the organization, including Customer Success Managers (CSM), onboarding, sales, support, and marketing teams
  • Content Development Support - Collaborate with the marketing team to provide content for landing pages, solution overviews, product highlights, and marketing collateral tailored to the mid-market hospitality segment
  • Regional Case Studies - Assist in the creation of regional case studies by gathering and organizing key information from partners and internal teams
  • Connect with the Rest of the Team / Organization - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, including Customer Success Managers (CSM), onboarding, sales, support, and marketing teams
