Summary

Join a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer of telecommunications equipment as a Sales Leader to spearhead business development in the US market. This role involves finding new Switch/EAP product opportunities in the North American enterprise market, developing sales account strategies, and identifying customer needs. Responsibilities include coordinating technical support, directing collaborative sales efforts, producing market intelligence reports, and developing business relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceeding sales goals and possess excellent knowledge of the US enterprise market and Switch/EAP products. This position requires strong leadership skills, experience with Asian electronic ODMs, and a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, engineering, and/or computer science
  • >8 years’ experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Networking, and Wireless industries
  • Excellent knowledge of US Enterprise market, especially with Switch/EAP products
  • Excellent relationships with US Enterprise Network Product Suppliers/Vendors
  • Working experience with Asian electronic ODM’s
  • Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and attention to details
  • Comfortable negotiating and making decisions
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales/business development goals

Responsibilities

  • Find new Switch/EAP product opportunities in the North America enterprise market
  • Develop sales account strategies to grow the enterprise product business
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into tangible sales/business opportunities
  • Coordinate and organize technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training, etc
  • Direct and support collaborative sales efforts to grow assigned product lines
  • Produce market/account intelligence reports for the leadership team that helps in making strategic decisions
  • Anticipate the needs of customers and execute on a sales strategy to help become the technical vendor of choice
  • Develop productive business relationships with key stakeholders in the field
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals, budgets, and quotas
  • Swiftly respond and close all the RFQ's, RFP’s, and RFI's in coordination with relevant internal team members
  • Participate in a 'continuous learning' process with the regular interaction with the products
  • Actively participate in internal overseas video/mobile conference meetings

Preferred Qualifications

MBA strongly preferred
