Join Booksy's global team and help people feel great about themselves. As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on acquiring enterprise clients in the beauty and non-beauty sectors, maintain existing client relationships, and improve sales processes. You will collaborate with various departments and expand the Booksy API. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, proven business development skills, cross-functional project experience, and advanced English proficiency. The position is remote with occasional visits to the Warsaw office. Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing sales projects in the B2B sector
- Hands-on experience in business development and selling products and services (e.g., HR benefits, digital, e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS)
- Ability to work on cross-functional projects
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level)
- Ability to analyze client requirements and needs
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong ability to set priorities, manage tasks and time effectively, and systematically complete assignments
Responsibilities
- Searching for new business partners in the large networks of salons and retail businesses
- Analyzing and identifying functional and technical requirements of partners
- Full management of business cooperation projects with partners (including client identification, needs analysis, relationship building, proposal submission, negotiations, contract signing, implementation, and sales development)
- Close collaboration with IT, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal departments
