Affiliate Business Development Manager

Summary
Join OKX, a leading crypto exchange, as a dedicated Affiliate Manager to expand our network within the Western and Mediterranean parts of the European Economic Area. You will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships from start to finish, recruiting new affiliates, implementing strategies to drive results, and building strong relationships. This role requires extensive knowledge of the crypto industry, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven experience in affiliate development within the European crypto market. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and fluency in English and at least one other European language. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- Fluency in English and preferably one or two more European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch
- Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, specifically in the European region
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the Netherlands region
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions
- Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network
- Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth
- Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users
- Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps
