Summary

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience doing end-to-end Business Development
- Experience in Overseas recruitment and AU Immigration process
- Solid background in cold calling
Responsibilities
- Exceptional Outbound Calling & Engagement: Proven ability to confidently initiate and navigate high-volume outbound calls, engaging effectively with a diverse range of prospects
- Strategic Lead Generation & Qualification: Expert in identifying, researching, and qualifying high-potential leads, demonstrating a keen understanding of target markets and client needs
- Prospect Conversion & Client Acquisition: A strong history of successfully converting qualified leads into tangible business opportunities and new clients through persuasive communication and follow-up
- Talent Acquisition Acumen: Solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and demonstrated experience in sourcing and identifying top talent, particularly for international placements
- B2B Sales Expertise: Proficient in navigating complex B2B sales cycles, understanding client pain points, and effectively articulating value propositions
- Cross-Border Recruitment Familiarity: Extensive experience and confidence in communicating with and guiding individuals through the process of being hired from overseas to work in a foreign country. This includes familiarity with common challenges and best practices in international talent acquisition
- Superior English Communication: Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, build rapport, and handle objections professionally
- Sales-Driven Mindset: A proactive, resilient, and persistent approach to sales, consistently striving to exceed targets and contribute to revenue growth
- CRM Proficiency: Experience utilizing CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and report on progress. (Specify preferred CRM if applicable, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Active Listening & Adaptability: Excellent active listening skills to understand prospect needs and the ability to adapt communication strategies in real-time
- Problem-Solving & Negotiation: Strong ability to identify potential roadblocks and effectively negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
