Requirements

  • Prior quota-carrying experience in a Business Development or Account Management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both presales and post-sales engagements
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and results-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and a consultative approach to selling

Responsibilities

  • Drive presales and post-sales engagement for specific accounts within an assigned business sector
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all sales motions, from early-stage opportunity support to post-purchase adoption
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with sector-specific goals
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure alignment with sales targets and customer success metrics
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to build relationships, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate utilization of sold product credits
  • Monitor customer engagement and track usage data to ensure measurable value and impact

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SLED and/or Government sector markets and procurement processes
