Summary

Join our client, a consultancy firm with over thirty years of experience, as a Business Development Manager. You will directly influence international ventures and high-value transactions, focusing on wealth migration and luxury property investment. This role offers rare exposure to global markets and clientele within a supportive, growth-driven environment with a performance-based structure. Responsibilities include processing immigration files in the Philippines, business development for migration clients to Europe and real estate investment in Spain & Portugal, and client acquisition. You will also liaise with corporate service providers and law firms, prepare marketing materials, and engage in social media.

Requirements

At least four to five years of full-cycle business development experience is required from lead generation to closing of deals

Responsibilities

  • Processing of immigration files in the Philippines (manage client portfolios including day to day work, communications, initiation of cases, tracking & managing client’s applications up to completion stage)
  • Business development for migration clients to Europe
  • Business development of real estate investment in Spain & Portugal (especially HNWI)
  • Liaison with corporate service providers and law firms in the Philippines
  • Client/customer acquisition (main priority)
  • Preparing marketing materials
  • Delivering presentations
  • Handoff of leads to the Migration team
  • Business opportunity matchmaking; ie, search of Philippine investors into Europe or Philippine investors that would like to franchise European brands
  • Marketing activities and member acquisition in Business Chambers chaired by the firm
  • Social media engagement (basic level). Posting content two to three times a week to attract potential clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong background in working with high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable, as well as having an extensive and active client network
  • Experience in real estate or the financial sector is highly preferred
  • Experience in attending tradeshows/events
  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Self- disciplined and motivated
  • Proactive and dynamic approach
  • Proven track record of client acquisition
  • Languages: excellent command of English
