Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new market opportunities in the US
- Develop a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals
- Generate leads, conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other platforms
- Build relationships with potential clients to expand the company's US client base
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and understand their operational needs
- Forge and maintain partnerships with SaaS and professional service companies
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain an updated CRM system and prepare sales forecasts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of clients
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on progress and opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-7 years of business development experience in SaaS or service-oriented industries
- Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and client requirements
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms
