Summary

As a founding member of the German Field Sales team, you will focus on new customer acquisition within the Finance and Banking sectors. You will proactively prospect, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals, contributing directly to the company's growth in the German market. This role requires 3+ years of B2B sales experience, proven success in closing deals, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a full 360 closing role, within B2B or professional services sector
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to effectively engage with C-Level decision-makers
- A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
- Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
- Native-level proficiency in Germany with fluency in English (C1 level)
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in the Frankfurt area
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Germany and constantly developing new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy
- Take part in arranging M&A Community events enhancing Ideals visibility
- Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
- Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company's revenue
