Business Development Manager

Summary

Join Ideals, a leading B2B SaaS company, as a Business Development Manager in Bengaluru, India. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers for the Ideals VDR line of business, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing a pipeline of opportunities. You will actively contribute to the sales and marketing strategy for the India region, deliver compelling product presentations, and structure and close deals. This role requires 2+ years of experience in B2B or professional services, a track record of successful sales, and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a full 360 - from origination to closing - within B2B or professional services sector
• Experience in high-velocity sales environments
• A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
• Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in the Bengaluru area
• Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
• Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in India and constantly developing new opportunities
• Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for the India region
• Take part in arranging M&A Community events enhancing Ideals visibility
• Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
• Structure, negotiate, and close deals
• Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
• Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company's revenue
