Summary

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on Thailand markets
  • Excellent command of Thai and English language
  • Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in Thailand
  • Knowledge of Thailand market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to Thailand, focusing on client acquisition and retention
  • Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in Thailand
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns
  • Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events
  • Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends
  • Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes
