Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or partnerships within the IT, HR, outsourcing, or related digital fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a focus on building and managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of the HR industry and the challenges faced by organizations in attracting and retaining top talent
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and geographic regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations, including C-level executives and HR leaders
- Conduct presentations and proposals to showcase Mira Search's recruitment services and demonstrate their value to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to secure new clients and partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales performance
- Convert leads generated by the Lead Generation Specialist into active users and strategic partners
- Identify and develop new service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients
